This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs the data collection and processing practices used by us, Tetavi Ltd. We have included below information regarding which data is collected and how we process and use your data when using the Site, however before we get into that we would like to explain the basis for such processing:

  • When you sign up for any of any applicable services, we process your personal data in order to perform our contract with you or in the event you contact us, we will process your contact details and other information you choose to provide us with in order to perform our contract with you.
  • If we have a legitimate interest in processing data, such as for direct marketing or online identifiers when you access our Site; or
  • We will also process your personal data where you have provided us with consent to do so (i.e., for sending you marketing materials)

Except as otherwise described herein, we may at our sole discretion and at any time amend the terms of this Privacy Policy.   1. Types of data we collect and purpose of use
  • The first type of information we collect is aggregated, non-identifiable, non-personal information, which may be made available or gathered via the user’s use of the Site (“Non-Personal Data”). We are not aware of the identity of the user from which the Non-Personal Data was collected. The Non-Personal Data which is being collected may include your aggregated usage information and technical information transmitted by your device.
  • The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or entity or may with reasonable effort identify an individual, such information include, inter alia, name, address, email, IP address, etc. (“Personal Data”).
  • If we combine Personal Data with Non-Personal Data, the combined data will be treated as Personal Data for as long as it remains combined.

Online Identifiers:

When you access our Site we collect certain identifiers, such your IP address (“Identifiers”). Note that the Identifiers are considered “Personal Data” in many jurisdictions (such as the EEA), therefore, we treat the Identifiers as such and comply with applicable laws.

We will use this data to fulfil our legitimate interest to operate, manage and improve the Site.

Web Browsing Data

We collect the URLs of visited websites which in most cases is aggregated Non-Personal Data, however, sometimes Web Browsing Data contains terms that could be considered as Personal Data. This data is deleted a short period following collection.

We will use this data for the purpose of operating our Site, and internal operation purposes.

Contact Information

When you voluntarily contact us (e.g., request a demo), you will be required to provide us with certain information such as your name, your telephone number, company and email address.

We will use this data solely to respond to your queries, provide you with the support you have requested or response to your inquiry. We may process the contact history in order to improve our Site, as well as resolve disputes.

Technical Data

When you use the Site, we will collect automatically technical information transmitted by the user’s device (for example, the type of operating system, access time and date, approximate geographical location, etc.).

We use this data solely to provide and enhance our Site and to enable operation of it.

  • Affiliated Companies and Corporate Transactions: We may share your information with our parent company, any of our subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies that are under common control with the Company (“Affiliated Companies”) solely if and when applicable or necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g., sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation or asset sale). In the event of the above, we will make our best efforts to ensure that our Affiliated Companies or acquiring company assumes the rights and obligations as described in this Privacy Policy.


We may share aggregate or Non-Personal Data with our Affiliated Companies and additional third parties in accordance with the terms of this Policy. We may store any type of information on our servers or our cloud servers, use or share Non-Personal Data in any of the above circumstances, as well as for the purpose of providing and improving our Site, aggregate statistics, marketing and conduct business and marketing analysis, and to enhance your experience.

Unless you instruct us otherwise and subject to applicable laws, we retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements if applicable.

Our Site is not directed nor is it intended for use by children (the phrase “child” shall mean an individual that is under the age defined by applicable law which with respect to the European Economic Area (“EEA“) is under the age of 16 and with respect to the U.S.A, under the age of 13) and we do not knowingly process a children’s information.
